superb location and helpful staff
short walk main square nearby canal
the hotel was very close to major attractions.. it was only a short walk to a main square. i found a water taxi very easily because of the nearby canal. the staff answered any questions i had in a friendly manner.

central location pleasant decor
the location was central near san marco i found it convenient i was able to get a water taxi directly to the place. the breakfast buffet included a panoramic window looking out at gondolas this offered a pleasant start to each day

helpful staff window view nice bonus
the staff were SO helpful they were pretty good i loved looking out the window people were riding by on the gondolas the included breakfast WAS a nice bonus especially for the price we were quite pleased
the hotel is a very dated and tired place
